Article 4 Non Profit Organization


No part of the net earnings of the club shall benefit or be distributed to any of its members, trustees, officers, or any other private party, except that the club shall be authorized to pay reasonable compensation for services provided and make payments and distributions to further the purposes stated in Article 2. The BLWA shall not participate in any activities not permitted to be conducted by a corporation exempt from Federal Income Tax under section 501(c) 7 of the Internal Revenue Code.
