Article 15 Dissolution & Liability


In the event of the dissolution of the BLWA inc., all assets not required by law to be distributed among the members in good standing at the time of dissolution shall be distributed in a manner voted upon by the remaining members of the BLWA. The statutory agents listed on the current Incorporation charter has final say in all matters concerning the continued use of the BLWA Inc. in the event of dissolution.
